This notice explains what personal information FiveStarzGrillz collects when you order from us or get in touch, why we need it, and the choices you have.
Who we are. FiveStarzGrillz makes custom grillz and tooth caps in the UK. We're responsible for your information (the "data controller"). To contact us about your data, message us on WhatsApp at 07549 874863 or on Instagram at @fivestarzgrillzz.
What we collect and why
- Your contact and order details, such as your name, phone number or social media handle, the set you want, and your delivery address if we post to you. We use these to take, make and deliver your order. We need them to provide what you've asked for.
- Your mould or impression, used only to make your set.
- Age checks. Our services are for people aged 16 and over, and under-18s need a parent or guardian's consent. We may ask to see ID to confirm your age. We look at it to check, but we don't keep a copy.
- Payment records, such as what you paid and when, so we can keep basic records of our sales.
- Photos and videos of you or your set, only if you agree. If you're under 18, we'll also need your parent or guardian's agreement. You can change your mind at any time and we'll take the content down.
Who we share it with
- The apps you message us on: WhatsApp and Instagram (run by Meta), Snapchat and TikTok. Their own privacy policies apply to messages you send through them.
- Delivery services, so we can post your order to you.
- Whoever handles your payment, such as your bank if you pay by transfer.
- Cloudflare, who host this website. They process basic technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
- Order and contact details: for up to 2 years after your last order, so we can help with aftercare, remakes and your loyalty card.
- Payment records: for as long as tax rules require.
- Moulds: until your set is finished and you're happy with it, unless you ask us to keep it for future orders.
- Photos and videos: until you ask us to remove them.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the information we hold about you
- correct anything that's wrong
- delete your information
- stop using it for a particular purpose
- remove any photos or videos you agreed to
Just message us. We'll reply within one month. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Cookies
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our fonts and code are hosted on our own site, so visiting doesn't send your details to other companies, apart from Cloudflare hosting the site as described above.
If you use the "Send on WhatsApp" button, WhatsApp opens with your build details typed out. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp.
